FAQ’s

What are some of the thing I need to do to have the home ready to shoot?

All clutter and personal items stowed away.

All lights on.

Ceiling fans off.

Toilet Seats down.

Blinds and curtains open.

What do you do if the weather is inclement?

I replace the sky free when the skies are gray. Drizzle won’t be an issue, but heavy rain will definitely show up on interiors and exteriors. I can still shoot on heavy rainy days but I’d recommend rescheduling for the best results.

Drones can legally only be flown in good conditions.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

There is a $20 cancelation/reschedule fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment(unless it is due to weather). There is a $100 charge in addition to applicable travel fees if I arrive at the appointment and then need to cancel.

How long are you usually booked out?

It is recommended that properties are scheduled a week in advance. It varies by time of year and weather conditions. If you have a rush shoot contact us to see if we can squeeze you in.

Videos are delivered 48 hrs. after the end of the shoot

You will receive an email with a Google Drive link.  The photos are stored in the cloud for 1 year.

Video will be sent for approval with a YouTube link. This link can be used for the MLS. I will also send the video via Google Drive once approved.

What do I do if I need something edited on a photo?

What do I do if the home isn’t ready when you show up?

If I arrive at an appointment and the home is messy and requires more than 5 minutes of prep time, I will shoot the home as-is unless you prefer to cancel. My schedule is based on properties being ready when scheduled.
